By accessing or using the MoroccoCloser mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Emergency numbers disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MoroccoCloser provides official emergency numbers for information purposes only. We are not a government agency or emergency dispatch center. Always verify numbers with local authorities. In an emergency, dial 19 (police), 15 (ambulance), 150 (fire), or 177 (gendarmerie) immediately. We are not liable for any misdial, network failure, or incorrect information provided by third parties.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

We strive to keep all numbers and information up to date, but emergency numbers may change. You use the Service at your own risk. MoroccoCloser is not responsible for any damages arising from reliance on our content.

3. WhatsApp assistance – non-urgent only

Our WhatsApp number is for non-urgent travel help, address inquiries, and PDF assistance only. Do not use WhatsApp to report an emergency. Response times may vary. We are not liable for any delay or failure to respond.

4. Offline PDF guides

PDF guides are provided “as is” for personal use. You may download and store them offline. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the guides without permission.

5. PWA installation

Our Service is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You may install it on your device. The PWA may store cached data locally for offline functionality. You are responsible for managing your device storage.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use our Service to:

• Send spam or abusive messages via WhatsApp.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the emergency numbers for pranks or false reports (this is illegal in Morocco).

7. Intellectual property

All content (text, design, logos, PDFs) is owned by MoroccoCloser unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoroccoCloser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
