• No personal accounts: We do not require you to create an account or provide your name/email to use emergency numbers or download PDFs.

• To provide and maintain our emergency number directory and offline guides.
• To respond to your non-urgent WhatsApp inquiries.
• To analyze usage trends and improve the mobile app experience.
• To comply with legal obligations (if any).

Our Service does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
